MOTHER.

Being a mother gives you the experience to shape a life and also gain a better understanding of its beauty. To freely see your children grow into what it is they see for themselves is truly miraculous. Motherhood: the most liberating and daunting job a woman can ever experience.

WIFE.

I've become a better partner to my husband as time has passed. Knowing that friendship and the ability to like your spouse weighs heavier than many of the other tangible and intangible things that are placed on the expectations of marriage. I really like my husband and I am in love with him as well. We feel it is our duty to represent Black Love and all that it encompasses.

MEDIA PERSONALITY.

My path as a personality has been beautifully crafted for me alone. None of our journeys are the same and I know that mine has been specifically sculpted for me. I have the uncanny ability to make people feel completely comfortable and I don't take that gift lightly. I made a promise to God to treat any platform He placed me on with humility, dignity and immense responsibility. I know I am fulfilling that promise.

About.

With a passion for sports, empowering young women and the people of Atlanta, Rashan Ali is a formidable and revered multimedia personality within the sports and entertainment industries.
While attending Florida A & M University as a Broadcast Journalism major, she knew that she wanted to share her voice with the world, and set out on a quest to make that happen.
Rashan entered a contest searching for new talent on Atlanta radio station HOT 107.9 FM and was handpicked from over 500 applicants to join popular radio personality Ryan Cameron on-air. Her charisma and grace appealed to millions of listeners, which quickly propelled the program’s rating into the #1 position during its 6-10 AM time slot.
She then went on to become the host of the “A-Team” Morning Show on the same station.
Her unique perspective and passion for sports has resulted in sideline reporting for the Atlanta Hawks, the Southern Conference Sports Network, the Atlanta Football Classic for NBC Sports Network, college football and basketball for CBS Sports Network and for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl Preview Show on ESPN 2 and ESPN U.
She is involved in countless charities and organizations, and is a member of the Pi Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In 2006, she founded Sporty Girls, Inc., a non-profit organization that encourages personal growth through participation in non-traditional sports like golf, tennis, soccer, swimming and lacrosse.
Ali also authored a children’s book entitled, “Piper Sky’s Pink Popsicle Shoes.”
